Love and Affection

1) Central Idea of Photo: The central idea I wanted to focus on was the pure characteristics that children share when they have created a bonding relationship with others. As children, we may be egocentric or obnoxious, but then again, children show their affection toward the people they love which I am trying to portray in these photos. These bears that are within the photo represent the massive amounts of love with one another as their relationships are spectacular. In addition, children are always attempt to have fun whether it may be just simple or ridiculously complex. In this photo, I also wanted to show that these bears stopped for a brief moment, like a lunch break, to show their affection toward one another. Through the amazing yet hectic things that occur in a child's life, they always attempt to build another relationship with another person. I wanted to portray that children are the ones who interpret what happiness and affection is, they capture the perfect moment to our eyes that make us feel what happiness is truly about.
2) Progression of Development Toward Theme: My images contribute to to the development of the theme because it enables the viewers to see through their eyes that children are basically the center of happiness as they share their perspectives toward life with their actions. Through this, people are able to rediscover their inner child  by looking through the child's life as they progress. In addition, these photos somewhat capture the moment, but I believe that real children would have had a stronger impact toward the theme.
